A pleasant Polish formula to attempt !
Clean RECIPE INGREDIENTS
4 lbs sauerkraut
1 cup squeezed apple
1 lb smoked pork
1 lb spareribs
1/4 lb bacon
1 can tomatoes (huge)
2 cups water
2 sound leaves
dark pepper
salt
4 lbs cabbage
1 lb pork midsection cleave or pork ribs
1 lb smoked kielbasa (hotdog)
1/2 cup onions (hacked)
10 ounces mushrooms (new)
6 ounce mushrooms (dried)
2 tablespoons flour
Clean RECIPE INSTRUCTIONS
1. Earthy colored pork and spareribs in a huge weighty pot.
2. Add smoked pork with 1 cup of water and stew until 60 minutes.
3. Add the sauerkraut and one cup squeezed apple.
4. Hack the cabbage fine and add to sauerkraut.
5. Add bunches of pepper and salt cover and stew 60 minutes.
6. Eliminate top and keep pot on an extremely low stew.
7. In a container, broil bacon until fresh, then, at that point, disintegrate into sauerkraut blend.
8. Eliminate a large portion of the bacon fat and broil onions and mushrooms and flour until they simply brown.
9. Blend into sauerkraut combination.
10. Slice kielbasa into cuts add to sauerkraut blend with the tomatoes.
11. Heat to the point of boiling, stew 30 minutes and the Polish formula of bigos is prepared to serve hot...nice !
